Everything and more
When I first met Mr. Matt a little over a year ago I was an overweight anxious mess. I suffered greatly from anxiety issues and had almost no self confidence. With his encouragement and guidance I am well on my way to becoming the person I want to be. I am now in the best shape of my life and am more self confident then I have ever been. My anxiety has declined so much and I am able to live a mostly normal life again. Everyday I thank my lucky stars that out of all of the martial arts facilities I could have chosen I came here. We are a family here and we take care of each other. If you are looking for good quality traditional training this is the place to come. Here there is a focus on healing as well as the material. After spending as much time here as I do I can most definitely see why they are just "simply the best"
