FIVE STARS!
An accident occurred with my JEEP Grand Cherokee and it had to be towed on a cold and rainy December 2018 Saturday morning. While standing there on the side of the road that morning, the tow-truck driver asked me where it should be taken to and luckily, I remembered LEIF's. Though I had never been to LEIF's before, I had past it a million times. He said, "ok, no problem" and then off it went! That was a sad moment for me but it had to be done. I called LEIF's Monday morning to be proactive with things and learned that Kory would become my primary contact for majority of the process at LEIF's. Kory did a wonderful job and performed with a FIVE STAR rating. He called me back like he should, answered all of my questions thoroughly, multiple times a couple of times, and really helped me transition from having that JEEP Grand Cherokee to not. Yep, it was totaled by my insurance company by a few thousand dollars but those things happen unfortunately. Yes, if a situation presents itself in the future, I would certainly return to LEIF's again and request that Kory help me out. However, in the meantime, I am going to be a little more cautious (ie a Defensive Driver) when driving through green lights and hopefully avoid anything like this from happening ever again. Leah was exceptional!
My vehicle looks fabulous! Leif's did an absolute great job from the repair to the customer service. Leah, hands down, is an exceptional service rep for the company. She always made sure I was updated on my car, she took care of making sure that my rental car was continually covered, and she went out of her way to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced (having to pick my car up after hours and giving me her personal cell phone to make sure everything was OK). The entire experience was A+. The commercials are spot on - the finest in collision repair. Thank you, Leah!

Quality people!
Honestly don't know why the reviews are so bad, and I will admit I was anxious to use them after reading them. But my coworker had a good experience with them. Their customer service was excellent, they gave me a free loaner car for the duration of fixing my car. They helped me deal with my insurance and were prompt in returning any calls with questions I had. I would feel completely safe using Leif's again, they did an excellent job.

Quick Turn Around Time!
I have taken a couple of my vehicles to Leif's for repairs in the past few years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Twice it took longer but it was due to insurance issues not due to Leif's. The last time, I had to wait for a replacement side mirror and was able to keep driving my truck until the replacement came in and they installed it under one hour. Sometimes guys and gals, it is not Leif's fault but when insurance companies attempt to have used parts on a new vehicle as what happened about 13 years ago to me. I had a new Suburban that was hit in front of my house by a hit and run driver. Leif's called me up and stated that my insurance company wanted to have used parts and they refused as my truck was only 4 months old. It took about Right-click here to download pictures. To help protect your privacy, Outlo ok prevented auto matic download of this picture from the Internet. 2 a week longer BUT it was worth it because they stood for me by getting NEW parts instead of used ones. Honest People!
Well, they did exactly what they said they would do. I've listened to those damn radio commercials over and over to the point of driving me crazy!! I drove my wife's BMW one day and got into a pretty nasty accident. I was able to drive the car home. I called Leif's. They sent a tow truck to pick the car up. They got us into a 2017 rental car. They repaired my wife's BMW. The best part about the whole experience is the repair job they did. I can't believe it, they went way beyond what was expected. They did an awesome job. I am extremely picky about everything and they delivered! My only minor complaint would be...they could do just a little bit better on communication, but when I look at the car and the repair job they did, I'm good! I will never take a car elsewhere for body work. Great job Leif's!!!

Leif's has your back!
I have used Leif's for all our Auto body repairs for years. I have had them take on the insurance companies to make sure our car gets back to pre-loss condition. Just recently we had to take a car in for repair that only had just over 50 thousand miles that was rear ended. It was also a hit and run which means we are on the hook for the deductible. When the adjuster did not allow Leif's to bill certain Items they stood their ground until they agreed to repair the car properly. As I have read many of the negative reviews. If it has taken a little longer it is usually the fault of the insurance company and not Leif's. I am sure I could receive my car back sooner if I would have gone to another shop. But I have found it worth the extra time to know it is done right. I am a big fan!! Is any company perfect No but you do not get to be the size of his company because you suck so there are obviously more satisfied customers than dissatisfied.
