Ms. DeAnna has over 25 years in the field of Early Childhood Education. She is a valuable resource for teachers and families and loves mentoring her staff. She enjoys working with all age groups at the center and getting to know each one of the children. <p><!--block-->Autumn has been with KinderCare for eight years. She started as a classroom support person then went on to be a Lead Teacher for several years. Autumn realized that her passion was teaching her peers skills and strategies to insure that each child is given the tools to succeed. After obtaining her Child Development Associate credential, Autumn served as a Program Specialist at Mill Plain KinderCare before coming here to be the Assistant Director. She is currently in college pursuing her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.</p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. Elizabeth creates a safe loving place for her infants. She communicates very well with their parents to be confident she is meeting the infants needs and the parents expectations. Infants will learn a wide array of things during the day with her, engaging in activities such as using the five senses to explore the world for her or him, copying the simple actions of others, experimenting with toy instruments, exploring different textures, discovering colors, developing memory skills, learning a variety of words and sounds and interacting with other children.</p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. Elisabeth loves working with the infants. She uses care giving routines, such as diapering and feeding, to provide unique learning opportunities for the infants. Ms. Elisabeth uses these times for one-on-one contact and to give attention to individual needs. She helps the infants to feel secure and fosters important language, cognitive and social and emotional skills. </p>
Alyssa's kind and quiet demeanor make her an excellent toddler teacher in partnership with Matilde. These ladies use supportive and positive reinforcement to help our toddlers navigate through the many new experiences they are beginning to explore.
