Karina Ross
<p><span style="color: black; font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"><o:p></o:p></span>Karina has worked with our team since mid 2011 and is a positive, warm and supportive leader of our management team at Mill Plain KinderCare. Prior to joining our company she spent 5 years working in early childhood programs and even owned and managed her own in-home center.<br /> <br /> <span style="color: black; font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"><o:p></o:p></span> Karina's ability to support our team through a keen understanding of curriculum expectations and accreditation requirements, in addition to a consistent focus on building solid and lasting relationships with both families and staff makes her a wonderful addition to our management team. She started at Mill Plain in a Program Specialist role, was promoted to Assistant Director and then to the Director role. She recently transferred to our Orchards Center where she is able to continue to increase her depth of focus and influence with our team.<br /> <span style="color: black; font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
