Michaela has worked with children of all ages during the past 15 years and in 6 licensed child care environments. She has worked as an Assistant Director at 2 KinderCare centers prior to being promoted to the Center Director for Cascade Park.
Ms. Jen is passionate about ensuring that the classrooms are tailored to the individual needs of the children. She enjoys photography and hiking with her family when she is not busy at the center.<br /> She also has a ton of background in the medical field working in emergency room situations so she is an excellent resource and leader in emergency situations.<br />
Ms Leyla loves seeing the progress the children are making every day and enjoys knowing that she is making a difference in their growth and development at such an early age. She has been working with infants for many years and creates a warm, cozy and safe learning environment for our youngest children.
